Monarch Techstore is located in Virginia and, therefore, the laws of the State of Virginia (excluding any principles of conflicts of laws) govern your use of the Site, Services and this agreement. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, this Site or Monarch Techstore's Services shall be instituted only in a State or Federal Court located in Richmond, Virginia U.S.A. ONLINE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. You will need to contact the store to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization RMA Number.
RETURNS
Please clearly indicate on your packing slip the reason for your return. . You will receive the full purchase price of the product (Shipping charges are not refundable). Enclose the packing slip in the carton and return to:

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will usually ship within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not processed until the following business day. An automated e-mail will be sent when your order is shipped and your funds are captured. If we do not have a product in stock, you will receive an email with any backorder or cancellation information.
Standard Shipping on Orders Standard (Ground) shipping via UPS ground is available within the Continental United States. Actual shipping time is 3-5 business days. UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. Saturday delivery is not available. USPS Priority Shipping is also available and will be quoted. Saturday delivery is available.
You will be notified of the cost prior to shipping for your approval. If you require expedited shipping please indicate this in the comments field of the order.
