Repair Service

If for any reason you require assistance with your desktop computing devices, contact the ISD Help Desk at 275-3200. The Help Desk will attempt to resolve your problem over the phone. If their resolution attempts are unsuccessful a technician will be dispatched. If for any reason the technician needs to remove the equipment, you should expect a receipt and an indication of when the equipment will be returned.

Non-critical calls can be opened by sending an email to the Help Desk at:

A call ticket will automatically be generated from your email and you will receive an email confirmation. ISD ensures timeliness and accuracy by monitoring this account throughout the day.
