We will gladly take returns on purchases up to 14 days past the date of invoice.
We do not accept returns on open software, video gaming products, movies, ink and toner cartridges, headphones, batteries or
software licensing of any kind.
We do not accept returns without the original box, packing materials, contents, accessories and/or manuals.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on opened computer systems, monitors, projectors, printers, scanners,
digital cameras, camcorders, PDAs, music and video players, and all consumer electronics.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all special order items.
We do not give cash refunds. Cash purchases will be refunded by University check. Please allow up to 14 days
for processing.
We are not responsible for personal data on returned equipment.
Store management reserves the right to modify the return policy at any time.
